IOtech 600系列提供配有USB或以太网接口的24位动态信号分析仪,在提供最大灵活性的同时,将采集的数据实时传输至PC。动态信号采集(DSA)硬件提供信号调理和数据采集;基于PC的eZ-Series软件提供监测和分析函数。
用户可将600系列用于多类模拟输入(包括:加速度计、速度计、接近式探针、麦克风、转速表或其他电压输入)。640型号可接受达±10 V输入;650、652和672型号可接受达±40 V输入。600系列还支持软件可选式交流或直流耦合,当与集成电路压电式(IEPE)传感器连接并配置为交流耦合时,还能自动提供2.1 mA(640、650)或4 mA(652u、672u)的激励电流源。
640型号包含1路可编程模拟输出通道,可生成连续或扫频正弦波信号以及随机、突发和任意信号。模拟输出信号可用于驱动音频或振动台放大器,继而实现噪声、振动和声振粗糙度(NVH)测试。
多种600系列软件包(如:eZ-TOMAS和eZ-Balance)专门针对特定的振动测量和分析应用。
eZ-TOMAS和eZ-TOMAS Remote中极其完善且易于使用的工具适合单个或多个机器的监测与分析。它们可用来评估可靠性和操作性。
通过eZ-Balance能够完成最多7个平面的旋转机械动平衡。平衡套件包含分离质量计算,有助平衡处理。eZ-Balance只兼容640u、650u、652u和ZonicBook/618E动态信号分析仪。
